"Writer/director Michael Paradies Shoob has made a profound, honest, engrossing and beautifully shot emotional journey well worth taking. Kudos to Shoob for designing a window into the heart, mind and soul of Jason and Jake and for the actors, Whip Hubley and Robert Mirabal, for opening that window completely while finding the emotional truths of their roles."

Do you need to see the original? I don’t think so, but I’m fascinated with the way Shoob decided to continue the story.... I’ll definitely be renting the original.

Check out what audience members have told us after seeing ROAD TO EVERYWHERE:
“Wonderful film. Amazing performances. Full of heart. Emotional Resonance – especially at this point in life for me. The depiction of reservation life is superb. When do we see this kind of accurate, compassionate depiction of that culture? Rarely. The character of Jake is fantastic. I hope you will consider a theatrical run in 2025 for Oscar eligibility for Robert Mirabal. Make some noise for what he did in this film!! Entertainment journalists need to write about the indie filmmaker who wrote and directed an amazing sequel 30 years after release of original film. Incredible story. Movie looked so great on that big screen. Bravo!"

“The movie is wonderful! It’s crazy how impactful it is to see the young Skylar contrasted with the older man who’s lived, loved, lost… Everyone can relate to these 2 guys! The dashed hopes and dreams, the mistakes… What an amazing journey for the filmmakers with this story, the characters, life."

"I loved the movie and the journey it took me on. Loved the characters. I'm 57 and my son who was my guest also loved the film. He is 17. So, this film has a wide age range that it appeals to, not an easy thing to do."

“STUNNING, heartwarming, heartbreaking…so funny at times I laughed until I cried. As the storyline progressed, I experienced every emotion I know."
“I can’t stop thinking about this film! The message of forgiveness of yourself and others is something I need to remember."
“I loved it…There is a tremendous amount of humanity in this film. It brims with it! Script was tight and nice slivers of humor.”
“I really enjoyed your movie. It was beautifully filmed and poignant. I had not prepared for it to be so emotionally intense and so I was pleasantly surprised! Most American movies are so formulaic that I don’t really bother to go to the movies anymore. This one told a real story and was very beautiful.”
“We loved the film. It prompted lots of great discussion at dinner afterwards with our friends who attended… What an accomplishment!”
“It's difficult to express just how much Ben and I enjoyed Road to Everywhere. It has already affected me in a way I would not have imagined. I did not sleep much last night, as thoughts of RTE filled my head for many hours. RTE is a wonderful accomplishment and we believe that it will garner recognition and awards for achievement and excellence.”
“Congratulations on the film, it’s a remarkable achievement. Extraordinary that you could revisit this world and imbue it with your 30+ year perspective. Very rare and unique to hold this vision and find a way to make it relatable. Bravo!"
“It was wonderful, intense and riveting. The two actors had such a brilliant dynamic. Robert Mirabal possesses a special charisma. The road trip and black and white gives a timeless feeling. It was quite shocking to exit in daylight onto 2nd Avenue, NYC.”
